Today hits the date 9-02-10 (September 2, 2010) and in another 100 years (3010), the world will be able to celebrate this date...so this is a once in a lifetime milestone.

Now on to that other 90210...there once was a time when a little show created by Darren Starr called, Beverly Hills, 90210 ruled the entire world and became much more than just the city's zip code - it became a phenomenon. The show chronicled the everyday lives of a group of teens going through the ups and downs in life in the glitz and glam of sunny southern California's famed city Beverly Hills.  The show not only represented privileged teen angst, but popular culture in the 1990's-- they were the trendsetters.  A contemporary spin-off of this iconic drama is now in it's third season on the CW.

Now, the famous zip code is forever embedded in our hearts and minds no matter which version of the show you are a fan of.

We decided to list out what we love most about the prestigious zip code 90210. 

1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!  It's close to all other surrounding cities such as: Santa Monica, West Hollywood and Century City.

2. RODEO DRIVE - The famous street that is the home to many high end fashion houses and designer boutiques like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, YSL, Prada and Hermes. Nice for sight seeing and even just window shopping. It's also walking distance to the best department stores like Barneys New York, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.

3. MADAME CHOCOLAT BEVERLY HILLS - Best chocolate chip cookies ever! Champagne bon bons are addictive!  The chocolate coated cheerios can become your vice.  All the chocolates are handmade by chocolatier Chef Hasty Torres!

4. REGENT BEVERLY WILSHIRE - Where Wilshire Boulevard meets Rodeo Drive.  It's the famous hotel where they filmed Pretty Woman with Richard Gere & Julia Roberts.  Now a Four Season property, enjoy a steak at Wolfgang Puck's CUT or see and be seen with a martini outside at The Blvd.

5. SPRINKLES CUPCAKES - This gourmet cupcakery inspired the cupcake craze! The orginal is in Beverly Hills and being the first means it's the best ;)

The City of Beverly Hills will be celebrating its famed zip code, 90210 on September 2, 2010, with an event headlined by international pop sensation and Grammy nominee Natasha Bedingfield, along with CNN Talk Show host Larry King as master of ceremonies. The Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce introduces Mayor Jimmy Delshad to kick off the evening’s festivities. Guests will be provided with unlimited food and drink from renowned Beverly Hills restaurants and chefs. Celebrated chef Wolfgang Puck of Spago Beverly Hills and Cut Beverly Hills will make a special appearance.
